UP-TO-DATE RESEARCH AND CLINICAL DATA EDUCATION

UT Health San Antonio ASCO Direct™ Highlights 2020 Official Annual Meeting Review a program licensed by the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Inc. This meeting will provide recent advances in the treatment of cancer presented at the 2020 American Society of Clinical Oncology’s Annual Meeting, for Hematologists/Oncologists, Nurses, Pharmacists, Physician Assistants and other health care professionals specializing in oncology.

Take advantage of this smaller meeting to facilitate communication and interaction with faculty, network with peers and discuss the advances most likely to change clinical practice. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of and discuss the latest clinical trials that have influenced change to the standard of care, and hear about the role of new diagnostic techniques and therapeutic approaches as applied to the care and management of people with cancer, placing the updated information into the context of current practice.

**The patient advocate registration category is reserved exclusively for patient advocates and is not intended for medical professionals. Individuals interested in registering under this category either work or volunteer for national not-for-profit patient advocacy organizations that demonstrate a charitable mission, engage in patient advocacy activities, provide support for people with cancer, have a nonprofessional membership, do not offer CME or scientific programs for professionals. Individuals registered under this category are not eligible to receive continuing education credit for their attendance.

Accepted payment methods for registration are AMEX, Visa/Mastercard and Discover, check, wire transfer/ACH, IDT: Inter-Departmental Transfer (UT Health San Antonio only). The office does not accept third party payment methods such as SAP Ariba, EVED or Purchase Orders.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 
You must contact the conference office no later than June 5, 2020 to cancel your registration. Cancellations made by June 5, 2020 will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds after June 5, 2020.

Due to liability restrictions and concerns, children under eighteen years of age may not participate in any part of this conference.

Support for general educational programming costs or specific items, or printed materials which are components of the educational program.The symposia office uses grant funds to defray expenses associated with educational activities in compliance with ACCME guidelines. If your company or organization offers educational grants in support of CME accredited educational activities related to clinical studies of new anticancer agents and current treatment strategies, we would appreciate receiving the grant application information.
