ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

MARCH 5, 2020

We regret to inform you that the 2020 Texas Genome Repair Conference (March 8-10) will be postponed due to the fluidity of the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and ongoing implementation of travel advisory and restrictions at some institutions.

We are now planning to hold the meeting later this year. Because of the hard work of the Conference Committee and your willing participation, we have put together an exciting Conference Program that we will strive to preserve in its entirety. To help you with planning, we will inform you by email as soon as the new meeting date is finalized. Important updates will also be posted at the meeting website.

We deeply apologize about the postponement and the inconvenience that it must cause you, even though it is the prudent action for us to take given the potential severity of the situation.

Please contact the meeting hotel today to cancel your reservation. We are contacting the hotel regarding waiving any cancellation fees. You should not be charged a cancellation fee if cancelled today.

Yours truly,
