Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 28, 2026 to receive a full refund for registration. Please email cancellations to UTHealthMTG@uthscsa.edu. Refunds will not be granted after September 28, 2026 nor will they be given for no-shows. 

 

Exhibitor Staffing

 

Exhibitors receive 2 complimentary exhibitor-only registrations. Should an exhibiting company wish to bring more than 2 staff members, they must register the additional personnel as Industry Representatives.
