As an ACCME-accredited CME provider, The UT Health Science Center San Antonio must ensure that its CME activities are independent of the control of commercial interests. All speakers and planning committee members for the UT Health Science Center San Antonio sponsored programs are expected to disclose (prior to the activity) all “relevant financial relationships” as financial relationships in any amount occurring within the past 24 months that create a conflict of interest.     • Scroll down and click on the button “My CMEs”
  • Click the Sign In button (on the menu to the left)
  • Enter your email address (the one used to register). Then enter your password.
    • If you have an account but have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” (a numeric code will be sent to your email)
  • If this is your very first-time claiming credit for a UT Health-sponsored educational activity:
      • Enter your email address (the one used to register)
      • Click Create Account (you will be sent a numeric code via e-mail for you to log in)
      • Update your Profile with the required information.
    • Click on “Evaluate Course/Print Certificate” (on the menu to the left)
      • Please be sure to complete the survey that it will directly take you to.
    • Under Event Name, locate the activity you attended and Click ”Claim Credit.

Steps to Complete Online Evaluations for CPE Credit

Register for the PANAO event on the UT College of Pharmacy CPE activity site• Visit the CPE activity site by using the link below or scanning the QR code:

• Register for the activity using the GREEN button at the bottom of the screen (if you have not claimed CE credit through UT Austin College of Pharmacy before, you will be prompted to create a CE profile before you can register for the activity).

• Double check that your NABP ID number and Date of Birth are entered correctly in your profile.• Following participation in a session, submit the green evaluation button next to the session's title in the list of sessions on the activity site.

• Upon submitting an evaluation, CPE credit will automatically upload to your NABP CPE Monitor profile (allow 5 days to appear in your profile).

• Evaluations must be completed before April 11, 2025, or you forfeit CPE credit.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the participant's responsibility to check their online CPE Monitor Profile before April 11, 2025, to confirm CPE credit is accurately reflected. Contact UT Continuing Pharmacy Education with any discrepancies before April 11. CE credit cannot be awarded or corrected after April 11.


The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This knowledge-based activity, Practical Applications of New Agents in Oncology (Feb 21-22, 2025) is accredited up to 11.50 hours of accredited continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits. To earn CPE credit following participation in a session, an online evaluation must be completed (specific directions above). An evaluation must be completed following each session. Upon submitting an online evaluation, CPE credit will automatically transmit to CPE Monitor (allow up to 5 days). ACPE UAN #s / Credits are listed on the activity site (access above).
